About:

Passionate about animals from a young age, I decided to turn this passion into my profession at the age of 40. Since 2021, I have been a dog trainer and have also started breeding dogs as an individual with my own female dog. The year 2024 marks my entry into the professional world of breeding.

About fifteen years ago, during a visit to a dog show, I discovered the Australian Shepherd breed. This wonderful breed perfectly matches my lifestyle. Interestingly, despite what its name suggests, the Australian Shepherd originated from the United States and not Australia. These versatile dogs are devoted to pleasing their owner, who needs to be committed and a strong pillar for their dog to ensure its well-being.

The Australian Shepherd comes in a variety of colors, and it is fascinating to note that no two Australian Shepherds look exactly alike, even within the same litter, due to genetic variability. It is also possible to have dogs with either short or long tails, depending on the genetics of the parents.

My dogs are registered with the French Origins Book (LOF), confirmed, and fully tested. For breeding, I use external males, as I do not own one myself. The puppies are born and raised in my home, where they are socialized to daily life in a house, with children, and other stimuli.

I own four adult dogs. Puppies come into contact with them from one month of age, which is crucial for their socialization with their peers. They are also regularly taken out to the countryside to learn to be autonomous.

Generally, puppies leave the breeding between two and three months, although I have sometimes chosen to keep them longer, depending on the wishes of future owners or the specific needs of the puppy.

I am particularly demanding regarding the future owners of my puppies, as the Australian Shepherd requires a substantial investment, both mentally, physically, and financially, to fully thrive.

Upon the puppy's departure, the new owners will receive:

- A health record
- A certificate of good health
- The puppy's LOF registration
- An explanatory booklet about the breed

This ensures a smooth transition for the puppy and its new owners.
