The support process I offer at CaniFelink begins with a thorough behavioral assessment, offering the choice between in-person consultations or via video conference. It is recommended that all individuals frequently in contact with the animal participate in this initial session. This behavioral assessment includes a detailed analysis of historical, environmental, and relational factors affecting the animal. This involves a thorough interview on various aspects of the animal's life, such as its history, reasons for adoption, daily routine, dietary preferences, and interactions with household members and other animals. The evaluation also requires direct observations of its environment and interactions. Based on this assessment, a personalized action plan is developed, including follow-up sessions tailored to the specific needs of the human-animal duo.

After the assessment, the success of the plan depends on the owner's commitment to implementing the recommended strategies. The owner plays a crucial role in the success of the program. To support this process, regular follow-up sessions are available, as well as telephone assistance to answer questions between consultations.
