Domaine de Félis Harmonie

Here’s the little story of our family breeding:

From an already large family (six human members), it expanded with the arrival of Oulala (nicknamed Tartine), then Riki, and finally Taini, our wire-haired fox-terriers.

They share their daily lives with us, Samantha and Tom Gruis our white Toy Poodles. As well as Youpie and U'Sky our Eurasiers.

They also coexist with Soraya, our Tibetan Mastiff who protects the farm and the flock of sheep.

We live in the Hautes-Alpes, near Gap. Our dogs and puppies are accustomed to the farm and mingle with the sheep, chickens, rabbits, and cats…

The fox-terriers, poodles, and Eurasiers accompany us every day to work (except when they don't feel like it, which is quite rare…).

The puppies are accustomed to both small and large dogs. To various environments, different noises, animals, and humans. As well as to the car and thus to the transport crate.

It is important for us that our puppies grow up in a family and in a “pack”. Thus, the adults (balanced and good communicators) teach the puppies the right behaviors to have in different situations (learning canine codes, calmness, playtimes…). We have also set up a puppy awakening and socialization program from 0 to 9-10 weeks.

Our Goal, as a breeder, is to choose the best possible genetics for the future puppy, through a carefully studied and selected pairing (Morphology, characters of the lineage, DNA test, health tests of the parents and the lineage).
And most importantly, to stimulate and create as many neural connections as possible during this critical developmental period in order to get a balanced, coherent, and stable puppy, with good communication skills.

I hold the ACACED (Certificate of Knowledge for Companion Animals of Domestic Species).
Also a member of the SNPCC and member of the Clubs of my breeds (Fox-Terrier Lovers Meeting, Poodle Club of France, French Eurasier Club, French Club of the Saint Bernard and Tibetan Mastiff).
